Dina,

I do have the book, but unfortunately I can not send it from Canada. I will
be visiting Cairo in December (offering a course on Mobile Mapping
Technologies at Ain Shams University), and will bring it with me. I will
leave the copy as well as other magazines as a seed for a GIS library to be
maintained by GIS-Cafe (hope this will be OK with the Moderator and the
group).
