The Post:

Showroom Sales & Business Coordinator

FTE is currently looking for a Sales & Business Coordinator to work at its showroom in Zamalek. FTE sells handicrafts from about 40 artisan groups and sales are mainly indoors except during organized events and exhibitions. The customers are both Egyptians and foreigners (residents or tourists). The Sales & Business Coordinator main tasks include but not limited to:

Direct selling to customers (information, payments, complaints, etc);

Ensures showroom sales targets are achieved;

Promotes the showroom and company (promotional materials, group visits, special events, etc);

Seeks and sales leading external exhibitions & events;

Responsible of maintaining & developing the showroom image, customer database and product display;

Carry out operational tasks for the showroom (Quality, stock control, pricing and re-fill orders);

Co-leads new sales opportunities with the marketing and communication coordinator.

Working Hours: 6 days a week – 9 hours a day (less hours might be considered for female applicants)

Requirements:

Young Graduate with good English (other Languages is an asset);

Loves sales and direct customer contact – Sales experience is preferable;

Dynamic, takes initiatives & self driven;

Familiarity with design software such as Corel Draw and Photoshop is an asset;

Interested in Social development.
