Identify new business opportunities.
Marketing and advertising and promotion planning.
Sales organization planning and development.
Handle complete sales cycle, including: setting sales targets-conducting active sales pitches-offer preparation-price negotiations-conclusion of contract and securing PO issuance.
Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development.
Manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law.
Maintain sales reporting and planning systems.
Perform daily communication with the customers to maintain and expand the existing relationship.
Prospect new clients for establishing constructive relationships from the interest stage through closure stage.
Initiate and monitor services performance and make recommendations on how to increase revenues and profitability.
Analyze market trends and design services accordingly.
Responds to inquiries and investigates and resolves problems related to sales operations.
Research names of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from current customers, advertising inquiries, direct mail responses, trade shows, business directories, internet websites and other sources.
Contact customers or vendors to provide or obtain additional information as required.
Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors.
Present continuous feedback about the competition and market trends.

Qualifications

Minimum five years experience
Experience of Cisco products is a necessity, preferably with Cisco certification
Applicant must be a confident, professional sales person, with excellent communications skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work under stress & meet challenging targets
Candidate must show a proven track record in growing a business space
