rana, what do you mean they show no help when you ask to talk to someone responsible!!!! ok if that how they treat clients, then they are loosing really, look at our conversation now, they are already loosing about 20 clients...i think if i was there and they showed no help, or at least no response or some sense to what they did, i dont know what i might do..i get really mad if something happened to my films....it happened to me few days ago at Philip, i submitted 3 black and white negatives to develop, i got the three of them nearly black...what i really hated and i i was very rude with them because of, was that i found the man coming and telling me you pictures are all over exposed..you have to do bla bla bla concirning the lense and so on.. i mean he was giving me a photography course! ok i am not a professional, but the same time i am not dumb to over expose 3 negatives in one day!!! then i got another negative of the same brand but well developed...i compared the white parts..and i was right! so i got really mad with them cause it is a matter of manners, although the negative wasnt that important!

so, concirning problems happening in process of developing or printing, we can forgive, cause we cant expect everything to go right...it is by luck...but concirning loosing films, and showing no sense to what happened, then i am sorry, these manners are not accepted at all!! so i dont know what to tell you Adham, but you have to be after reaching someone responsible or at least go to the main head office of Fuji who they control all the brands, and they have to know that the negatives they lost are not just pieces of plastics with an images on...some of them you sell for hundreds or thousands!

sorry for the long mail...but i am really bothered...
