I fully agree...
I am also wondering whether: moral traditions and political organization should precede economic provisioning. Isnt it the decay of morals (e.g. greed) that trigger civilizations' decline?
On the other hand, it was the Nile's agricultural surplus that triggered the rise of Ancient Egypt's civilization. Maybe its the "moral traditions" that allows civilizations to persist...?
Or maybe, with respect to modern history, its "political organization" that allows systems to persist.., and hence civilizations?
I more inclined to "moral traditions".. such as an individual's built-in belief of right or wrong.
