Hi Maheshi Kodikara This is Hani Al-Shareef , SWY22 , I am now PhD student at Osaka University , Dentistry School, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery , As far as I know , they are doing stem cell treatment in many hospitals, more than that they are using now Induced Pluripotent Stem cell (IPS) therapy , depend on the tissue you wanna give the therapy  to , Here at Osaka University Hospital , they are doing operations for some heart disease patients  by stem cells, and the results is very good depend on their reports,   about the safety , when you go to the hospital  they will do many examinations and tests to see the adaptability, or rejection probability and also the stage of the disease, nature, etc. so I think It will be  safe and sometimes it becomes the best treatment  especially if they already proved that many cases were succeeded Sorry my major is quite far but my research including stem cells in cancer treatment and metastasis  , I advise you to contact the hospital and the therapist, they will be honest with you ,  I have seen many cases are treated here in our university with good prognosis,  If you need more information , please send me more details ,which  organ , I can check in the hospital
