The Job is based in Kuwait
Cadastre, Land Records applications
Job Title : GIS Senior (Consultant)
Experience 8+ years (ESRI Products)

Lead a small GIS team
Conduct in-house development to meet requirements
Manage GIS Products and Projects
update maps, guide QA,QC measures

Technical Experience

- Strong understanding of ArcGIS (ArcInfo)
- Strong understanding of ArcSDE
- At least 3 years in enterprise GIS projects
- Good development skills (at min must be familiar with topics such as HTML, ASP, VB , VB.Net, SQL Server, XML, ArcObjects while C#, Java, Oracle are plus)
- Familiar with ArcObjects , ArcServer

-Salary: Based on experience
-ITI-GIS graduate is a plus
